The Noble Child
A young boy peers through the shattered windshield of a junked auto in his back yard, which was condemned by the City of Detroit as a toxic waste hazard. Like a mini "Love Canal" the Environmental Protection Agency swept in, trucked all the soil out in barrels, and burried the rest. This boy's blood tested positive for dangerous levels of polychlorinatedbifynels (PCBs).
